What we do

Seven blocks. Take one, or the whole engine.

Every block works on its own, run by senior operators. Together, they run as one system. Click around and build yours.

Modular by design

Click any block to see it on its own

No bundles you never asked for. Each block is a standalone engagement that plugs into your existing team.

How we work together

Three ways to work with us.

Same senior operators, three levels of involvement. Pick the one that matches your team, not the other way around.

Our approach

Strategy first, always. We start by understanding your ICP, market motion, and growth constraints.

1

Strategy first, always

We start by understanding your ICP, market motion, and growth constraints. No channels. No tactics. Just clear priorities.

2

Build the system

We design a GTM model that connects positioning, demand generation, and sales enablement into one coherent engine.

3

Execute with discipline

We don't hand over decks. We stay involved and help run the system with your team.

4

Measure what matters

Pipeline, conversion, velocity, and repeatability. If it doesn't affect revenue, we don't optimise it.

Why Piquiyo

Senior growth, on your terms.

Some teams can run the whole engine with us for years. Others take one block, or run our playbooks in-house. Senior operators, weekly pipeline numbers, and a system built around your team, not instead of it.

Build in-house

Right when the time is right

A senior growth hire is a great call at the right moment. It also takes 4 to 6 months to find and ramp, and covers one function. The pipeline your board asked about does not wait.

Typical agency

Fast start, shallow bench

Quick to spin up. But delivery often lands with junior hands, gets managed through tickets, and is measured in activity instead of pipeline.

Piquiyo

Senior hands, a system that stays

Senior operators run strategy and execution from week one, and you see pipeline numbers weekly. Stay for years, or take the playbooks in-house one day. Either way, the system is yours.

  • Experienced managers
  • Decisions backed by numbers and dashboards
  • In 30 to 60 days you know what to scale and what to stop
  • The free audit ends with a recommendation, even if it is not us

Already have a marketer? We plug blocks around them, not over them.

Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about our services and process.

Questions, answered straight.

When should a B2B startup start investing seriously in marketing?
When sales can no longer be driven by the founder alone. This usually shows up when pipeline feels inconsistent, growth depends on last-minute pushes, and investors start asking how revenue will scale. It's not about ARR. It's about needing repeatable demand.
What stage companies do you typically work with?
Mostly B2B companies with product-market fit doing roughly €1M to €10M ARR, usually SaaS and tech, fintech, and B2B services. In practice that means teams with real revenue targets and pressure to make growth predictable. Earlier teams usually need learning. Later teams need systems.
Do you work with early-stage startups?
Rarely. Pre-seed and seed teams usually need to validate the product and close early customers manually. We are also not the right fit for companies with no revenue yet or consumer products. Marketing becomes critical later, when the question shifts from 'can we sell this?' to 'how do we keep selling this every month?'
Are you an agency?
No. Piquiyo works as a senior growth partner. We combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution, but we don't operate like a traditional agency with tickets, handoffs, or junior delivery.
What's the difference between Piquiyo and a fractional CMO?
Fractional CMOs often focus on direction and governance. We do that, but we also stay close to execution. We help design the system, run it with your team, and make sure it actually produces pipeline and learning.
What results should we expect, and how fast?
We don't promise numbers before diagnosis. What we do promise is speed to signal. Within the first 30-60 days, you should have clear indicators of what's working, what's not, and where to scale or stop.
Do you run paid ads, content, or outbound?
Sometimes. Only if the system requires it. We don't start with channels. We start with ICP, offer, funnel, and conversion logic. Execution follows strategy, not the other way around.
How does a typical engagement work?
We start with the free Growth Audit: a 60-minute diagnosis of your pipeline, messaging, and GTM motion. From there, if there's a fit, most engagements run on a 3-month minimum retainer. We work with 3-5 companies at a time to keep involvement deep and accountability real. We don't do retainers that run on autopilot.

We think like an operator. Not an agency.

Execution honesty

We name the work as it is. What ships, what breaks, and what actually moves the needle.

Speed with intent

Fast doesn't mean rushed. It means focus, decisions, and momentum.

Calm precision

Short sentences. Clear language. No noise. Confidence comes from knowing what to do next.

System mindset

Nothing in isolation. Strategy, execution, and iteration working as one.
