LinkedIn is where you can put an ad in front of a VP of Engineering at a 400-person company in Munich and know you’ve done it. It’s also where B2B budgets disappear fastest, because the targeting works long before the offer does.
So before you compare a single LinkedIn ads agency, decide one thing: do you want a specialist that does nothing else, or a wider team that runs LinkedIn as one channel among several? Get that right and the shortlist mostly writes itself.
This list covers eleven agencies that run LinkedIn Ads for B2B software companies: what they focus on, what they charge (where they publish it), what minimum ad spend they ask for, and what they say they report on. Four are headquartered in Europe, us included, and Directive has a London office.
One thing up front: we’re Piquiyo, and we run paid media as part of a fractional marketing team. So we’re on the list too, third, in the same template as everyone else.
Where an agency publishes no price, we say “Not published” rather than borrowing a figure from someone else’s list. That matters here, because prices quoted on other lists often don’t match what’s on the agencies’ own sites.
The short version
- Six of the eleven publish a flat management fee, from about €2,600 a month to about €12,200 (Refine Labs).
- Few publish a minimum ad spend: Gripped says about €5,800 to €11,600 a month, Hey Digital recommends about €8,700.
- If LinkedIn is the whole plan, B2Linked and Remotion do nothing else. If it is one of several channels, a wider team fits better.
- Below roughly €3,000 a month, you won’t generate enough data to optimise before the budget runs out.
- At day 30, ask to see one real lead traced from ad to CRM record. It’s a quick honesty test.
LinkedIn ads agency or a wider team? Decide this first
If LinkedIn is the whole paid plan and you can put about €3,000 a month or more behind it, a specialist is the sharper tool. If LinkedIn is one of several things that need to work together, a wider team usually gets more out of the same money, because someone also fixes the landing page and the offer.
| Your situation | What I’d pick | Start with |
|---|---|---|
| LinkedIn is the main paid channel, about €3,000/mo or more | LinkedIn specialist | B2Linked, Remotion, Impactable |
| LinkedIn plus search, reporting on pipeline, Series A or later | B2B paid media agency | Hey Digital, GrowthSpree, Directive |
| LinkedIn plus landing pages, positioning and content, post-seed | Wider marketing team | Piquiyo, or Gripped past about €2.3M ARR |
| Paid and organic LinkedIn together | LinkedIn or B2B social agency | Linkedist, Sculpt |
| Well under €3,000/mo for LinkedIn | No agency yet | Sharpen ICP and offer first |
The last row is the one agencies are least likely to tell you about. At that budget, I’d spend a month on the offer and the ICP before paying anyone to run ads.
How we picked them
What we checked for every agency, ourselves included:
- They run managed LinkedIn paid ads. Campaigns run by their own people on your ad account, which rules out outreach tools, automation software and courses.
- B2B focus, stated on their own site.
- Fees and minimums, where published. If there’s a number on their site, it’s in the table.
- Reporting depth. Clicks and leads, or pipeline and closed-won. It’s where the eleven differ most.
Reporting was the hardest one to judge from a website, since plenty of agencies mention pipeline somewhere. The table uses the metrics each one names.
All of it comes from each company’s own website, read in September 2026.
The eleven at a glance
Fees are converted to euros at the ECB reference rate in September 2026, so they’ll move a little with the exchange rate. “Not published” means the company shows no figure on its own site.
| Agency | Management fee | Minimum ad spend | Reports on | Where |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Impactable | From about €2,600/mo | Not published | Pipeline, revenue, named accounts | San Antonio, TX |
| B2Linked | About €2,600/mo under about €13,100 spend, then 20% to 6% | Not published | Campaign performance detail | Not published |
| Piquiyo | Part of Paid Media & Campaigns, priced by scope, from €3,000/mo | No minimum (below ~€3,000/mo rarely enough data) | Pipeline and cost per opportunity | Spain, serving Europe |
| Remotion | Not published | Not published | SQLs, opportunities, customers | Not published |
| Hey Digital | Not published | About €8,700/mo recommended | Pipeline, opportunities, revenue, CAC | Tallinn, Estonia |
| Linkedist | Not published | Not published | Not published | Kaunas, Lithuania |
| Gripped | From about €4,100/mo | About €5,800 to €11,600/mo | CPL, pipeline, closed-won | London |
| Sculpt | About €3,700 to €8,700/mo | Not published | Campaign performance against your KPIs | Iowa City, IA |
| GrowthSpree | From about €2,600/mo flat | Not published | CPL to closed-won per campaign | Noida and New York |
| Refine Labs | From about €12,200/mo | Not published | Pipeline, not clicks | Boston, MA |
| Directive | Not published | Not published | SQLs, pipeline, LTV:CAC | Orange County and London |
Before you sign
Some prices come with an “up to” ad spend figure next to them. That caps what the tier covers. You don’t have to spend that much.
The eleven, one by one
Impactable

LinkedIn at the centre of the programme rather than one line in a media plan. The clearest fee structure of the eleven.
- What they do: LinkedIn ads management, B2B paid search, programmatic display and retargeting, founder-led thought leadership.
- Fee: published in detail. Core from about €2,600 a month for one channel, Growth from about €3,900 for two, Scale about €5,200 to €10,500. They state the fee is flat and separate from ad spend. There is also a one-time Channel Check at about €435.
- Minimum ad spend: not published. Their tiers state spend ceilings, not floors, which is an easy thing to misread.
- Reporting: tied to CRM, revenue and named accounts, with server-side conversion tracking.
- Where: San Antonio, Texas.
They describe themselves as the first independent LinkedIn Partner worldwide and cite more than €43M in B2B ad spend managed. What I’d point a founder to is the fee: tiered, flat and separate from spend, so you know the bill before the campaign starts.
B2Linked

LinkedIn-only depth and nothing else. Their sliding fee gets cheaper at high spend, not at low spend.
- What they do: LinkedIn Ads account management only, plus audits, thought leader ad programmes, video ads, consulting and courses.
- Fee: published. About €2,600 a month for budgets under about €13,100 a month, with a setup fee of about €870 and a three-month contract. Above that budget it moves to a sliding 20% down to 6% of spend. A standalone audit is about €1,750.
- Minimum ad spend: not published.
- Reporting: they promise more detail than you expect, including performance by time of day and day of week, using their own tooling.
- Where: not published on their site.
Thirteen years on one channel. The sliding percentage is unusual and worth running through a spreadsheet: at high spend it beats a flat fee, at low spend it doesn’t.
Piquiyo

That’s us. For post-seed B2B companies that need LinkedIn run properly as part of a wider marketing function, not as a standalone channel.
- What they do: paid media inside a fractional marketing team, alongside positioning, demand generation, SEO and reporting.
- Fee: LinkedIn Ads aren’t sold on their own; they’re part of our Paid Media & Campaigns work, priced by scope, from €3,000 a month.
- Minimum ad spend: no minimum, though below about €3,000 a month LinkedIn rarely produces enough data to optimise on.
- Reporting: pipeline created and cost per opportunity, connected to the CRM.
- Where: Spain, working with teams across Europe.
If LinkedIn is the only thing you want run, four agencies on this list are more specialised than we are, and we’d happily say so on the call.
Remotion

For B2B tech and SaaS teams whose LinkedIn ads haven’t worked and who want specialists. No pricing or location published.
- What they do: LinkedIn Ads only, for B2B tech. Their site says “We just do LinkedIn Ads for B2B tech. That’s it.”
- Fee: not published. No pricing page exists.
- Minimum ad spend: not published.
- Reporting: SQLs, opportunities and customers, explicitly “not just leads, and CPL”. One of the strongest reporting statements in the category.
- Where: not published. No address anywhere on the site.
Around since 2016, LinkedIn-only since 2019. You get the specialism. Pricing and location aren’t on the site, so ask for both on the first call.
Hey Digital

B2B SaaS at Series A to B, roughly €870,000 to €17.5M ARR, running paid across LinkedIn and search. The strongest European option here.
- What they do: B2B SaaS performance marketing, paid ads and paid social, with in-house creative, landing pages, ABM and attribution.
- Fee: not published.
- Minimum ad spend: they recommend a minimum of about €8,700 a month in ad budget, and say clients range from that to six figures. Read it as a recommendation, not a gate.
- Reporting: pipeline generated, opportunities influenced, revenue attributed and CAC at campaign and audience level, with CRM-connected attribution that credits impressions rather than clicks alone.
- Where: Tallinn, Estonia, with a remote team across Europe and North America.
B2B SaaS only, based in Tallinn, and they report on pipeline. If you want an agency in your timezone that does that, I’d make them the first call.
Linkedist

For European B2B brands that want LinkedIn paid and organic handled together, by one team.
- What they do: LinkedIn advertising, content creation, personal branding, audits, sales integration and workshops, plus AI search optimisation.
- Fee: not published.
- Minimum ad spend: not published.
- Reporting: not published in specific metrics. Their pages reference performance review and a LinkedIn Performance Analysis service but name no KPIs.
- Where: Kaunas, Lithuania.
Seven years on LinkedIn, based in Lithuania, serving IT, SaaS, fintech and public sector. Paid ads sit alongside organic and personal branding here rather than being the whole business, so ask which half of the team you’d get.
Gripped

LinkedIn inside a wider demand gen programme, for B2B SaaS and AI companies past about €2.3M ARR. Pre-Series A and seed teams are out.
- What they do: demand generation, ABM, paid search and paid social, SEO and GEO, with a dedicated B2B LinkedIn practice.
- Fee: published. From about €4,100 a month, with Performance from about €8,700 and Scale from about €17,500. They add that retainers typically start at about €5,800 a month for focused channel work.
- Minimum ad spend: they say plan for at least about €5,800 to €11,600 a month in media to get meaningful results.
- Reporting: cost per lead, pipeline contribution and closed-won, plus MQLs, SQLs, opportunities, pipeline value and velocity.
- Where: London.
They say in writing that they don’t work with pre-Series A or seed companies. If you’re earlier than that, it’s the most useful sentence on their site, and it’s why they’re not our pick for a post-seed team.
Sculpt

Paid and organic social run together, with LinkedIn as the busiest paid channel. Not where you go for depth on one channel.
- What they do: B2B paid social, organic social and B2B influencer marketing, with LinkedIn as their most active paid channel.
- Fee: published. Their site gives a typical range of about €3,700 to €8,700 a month for paid campaign management across one to three channels, including monthly creative builds and reporting.
- Minimum ad spend: not published.
- Reporting: dashboards plus monthly and quarterly decks against your KPIs, with weekly syncs available at higher budgets.
- Where: Iowa City, Iowa.
A B2B social agency where LinkedIn ads sit inside a broader paid social offer. A good choice if organic and paid need to move together. The wrong one if what you want is a LinkedIn specialist.
GrowthSpree
A low flat fee with detailed revenue reporting attached, for B2B SaaS teams.
- What they do: Google, LinkedIn and Meta ads, ABM, demand generation and RevOps run as one system, including landing pages, creative and Conversions API setup.
- Fee: published. Fees start at about €2,600 a month regardless of spend, flat rate, month to month.
- Minimum ad spend: not published, and the fee is explicitly independent of spend.
- Reporting: CPL, MQL, SQL, opportunity and closed-won revenue per LinkedIn campaign, with weekly pipeline reports. The most detailed published reporting claim of the eleven.
- Where: Noida, India and New Hyde Park, New York.
We used only the fee, services and reporting model on their own pages.
Refine Labs

Series B and beyond, with budget already committed. Here as a ceiling, not a post-seed option.
- What they do: demand generation across LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, Meta, CTV and OOH, with in-house creative.
- Fee: published. Paid Media Management from about €12,200 a month on a six-month minimum, Full Service from about €22,700 a month, Creative Only from about €4,400 a month.
- Minimum ad spend: not published. The six-month minimum is a contract term, not a spend floor.
- Reporting: pipeline rather than clicks, with pipeline measurement included at the Full Service tier.
- Where: Boston, Massachusetts.
Their stated floor is Series B and beyond, so think of them as the price of the top of this market. Useful to know, even if it’s a few rounds away.
Directive Consulting

LinkedIn as one channel in a large performance programme, for B2B companies from Series A upward.
- What they do: paid media across channels, with a LinkedIn practice covering conversation ads, document ads, sponsored content, lead gen forms, video and ABM.
- Fee: not published.
- Minimum ad spend: not published.
- Reporting: SQLs and pipeline rather than impressions, with LTV:CAC modelling and cost per opportunity.
- Where: Orange County, with offices including London.
Large, mature, and priced accordingly, though you’ll have to get on a call to find out how. Their Customer Generation framing is the reason a lot of B2B teams stopped reporting MQLs.
Three that show up on these lists but aren’t agencies
You’ll bump into these while shortlisting, so briefly:
- Metadata.io is software. Their platform runs paid campaigns across LinkedIn and other channels, but their own page says every audience, creative, budget and campaign is reviewed and approved by your team. There is no account team and no management fee. Their company page now uses the word “agency”.
- Hey Sid (Gothenburg and Stockholm) is a platform with a managed service on top, described on their site as a full-service ABM platform for B2B teams. They do run managed LinkedIn campaigns, which makes them a real option for a European team, but reporting is at impression, click and company-engagement level rather than pipeline. Worth a look if you want software plus hands. If you want an agency, keep reading the list above.
- AdConversion is primarily a free paid-ads academy with a done-for-you agency arm attached. The agency is real and does run managed LinkedIn ads for B2B SaaS, with a stated minimum of about €13,100 a month in ad spend. I mention them mostly because the free training is good, and free.
What to check in the account after 30 days
Whoever you hire, you can check these yourself after the first month, in the ad account and the CRM, without waiting for their dashboard.
A healthy first month kills things.
- Campaign objective matches the actual goal. LinkedIn optimises hard for whatever you asked for. An engagement objective will happily buy you engagement forever and never a demo.
- Audience size per ad set. Too narrow and the algorithm cannot learn, too broad and you are paying LinkedIn rates for people who will never buy. If one audience is doing all the spending, that is a targeting decision nobody made on purpose.
- Frequency. Rising frequency with flat conversions means the audience is saturated and the creative is not landing. Change the ad before you touch the budget.
- Conversions arriving in the CRM, not just in LinkedIn. Ask to see one real lead traced from ad to CRM record. If that trace does not exist at day 30, nothing reported after it can be trusted.
- What got turned off. A healthy first month kills things. If every campaign launched is still running and nothing has been paused, nobody is reading the data.
Quick test
My favourite day-30 question: “Can you show me one lead, from the ad to the CRM record?” If the tracking works, it’s a quick answer. If it takes a week, that’s your answer too.
Five checks won’t tell you everything, but they’re quick. If LinkedIn is one part of a budget you’re still figuring out, the B2B SaaS marketing budget post covers where paid should sit in the first place, and the lead generation post covers what it can realistically produce.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a LinkedIn ads agency cost?
Of the eleven agencies here, six publish a flat fee. Converted to euros, published entry points run from about €2,600 a month at Impactable, B2Linked and GrowthSpree, through about €3,700 at Sculpt and about €4,100 at Gripped, up to about €12,200 at Refine Labs. Most charge a flat fee separate from ad spend. B2Linked is the exception above about €13,100 of monthly spend, where they move to a sliding percentage.
What minimum ad spend do LinkedIn ads agencies ask for?
Fewer publish one than you would expect. Gripped says plan for at least about €5,800 to €11,600 a month in media. Hey Digital recommends about €8,700 a month. AdConversion states about €13,100. Watch for tier ceilings being presented as minimums: several agencies list an “up to” ad spend figure against a price, which is a cap on what that tier covers, not a floor you must clear.
Is LinkedIn Ads worth it for a seed-stage B2B startup?
Usually not as the first paid channel, and not at small budgets. Clicks are expensive: about €4.90 on average (The B2B House) and about €8.25 for B2B advertisers (Metadata), and Metadata found LinkedIn’s CPM about four times Facebook’s. Below roughly €3,000 a month that’s only a few hundred clicks, not enough data to optimise before the budget runs out. It becomes worth it when you know your ICP precisely enough to target it by job title and company, and when you have something worth clicking on. Before then, the same money buys more learning elsewhere.
What should a LinkedIn ads agency report every month?
Pipeline created and cost per opportunity, traced into your CRM, plus what they changed and what it did. Clicks, CTR and cost per lead belong underneath as diagnostics, because they prove the campaign is running, and that’s a much lower bar than producing revenue. We wrote about which B2B SaaS marketing metrics predict growth, and the short version is that a good reply rate and a good CTR have both fooled us before.
LinkedIn ads agency or in-house: when does each make sense?
In-house makes sense when LinkedIn is a permanent channel, spend is high enough that a percentage fee would exceed a salary, and someone owns it full time. An agency makes sense when you are still proving the channel, when you need the creative volume more than the headcount, or when you have an in-house marketer who needs a specialist beside them rather than a replacement. A lot of post-seed teams get the sequence wrong and hire before they have proven the channel.
Do I need a LinkedIn specialist or a full-service agency?
If LinkedIn is the whole plan, take a specialist: B2Linked and Remotion do nothing else. If LinkedIn is one of three or four things that need to work together, a specialist will optimise your ads while nobody fixes the landing page they point at. If you are weighing providers across Europe more broadly, we compared them in B2B GTM providers in Europe.
One thing to do this week
Ask every agency on your shortlist for the same two things: the reporting template they’d send you in month three, and one account they turned down, and why.
The first tells you what they measure. The second tells you whether they’ll tell you the truth when it costs them the deal. That’s the one I’d weigh more.
And if you’d like a second opinion before you sign, or on an account that’s already running, our Free GTM Evaluation is a quick way in: answer three quick questions, and the team looks at your site and your answers and replies within 24 hours.
Last updated: 7 October 2026. Prices change, so check each agency’s site before you call.
